74th Post.... Start the Engines....
Hi All. Which of these applies to us?? From April 19th. Elite sport High performing athletes , as approved by Sport Ireland, can resume From April 26th. Outdoor sport: Outdoor sports facilities can reopen (for example: pitches, golf courses and tennis courts, other facilities as appropriate ) Probably the latter.......Fingers crossed......as well as legs! Great to see some people playing casually but safely in recent times. We hope to get going as soon as allowed. Other activity at the Pistes included : The most charitable response is to say people need outlets in these constrained times though you'd wish they'd be more civic-minded and responsible. We'll keep the place attractive for ourselves despite them. However, let's not dwell on the negative but hope that we can restart our play in the very near future, even with restrictions. Otherwise I'll just have to put DITTO after my name on the trophy for all the quarters of 2020 and 2021
